They did not provide any information about the subscription fee every month. I will proceed with a lawsuit along with a complaint through the EU anti fraud office. If anyone wants to join me in the lawsuit, please send me an email. As a lawyer, I will definitely sue this company within March and get refund. And they're still lying in the comments. I've never been informed of any costs in advance. Will definitely punish these scammers located in Cyprus.

Likely fraud I agree with the majority of the reviews. This looks like a classic fraud designed to mislead people (teenagers?) with their aggressive T&Cs. They do not respond to cancellation requests and charge your bank account through recurring payments. What you need to do is to cancel your bank card immediately and report the transaction to your bank. In my case it was reversed in one day. Finally, to make life of these scammers less pleasant, use the UK and EU GDPR legislation. You have the right to submit an access request (SAR) for all the info they have on you (through their "support team" email), and you have the right to be forgotten (ie for your data to be erased). Just a short and simple email with these requests should suffice. If they don't respond and comply within a certain period of time, they are in breach of GDPR legislation and can be seriously fined. Just google it if you need more details. Good luck

IT IS A SCAM! I have been trying to cancel the subscription to no avail. What do you mean you have 24/7 support? I have been waiting and it is taking forever. Do not waste your money. It is a scam and it is not helpful.
