AUI paid $0.99 AUD tonight I paid $0.99 AUD tonight, but it charged me $1.49 AUD. And it said: “Thank you for subscribing to our service ExpertChat. Excited to have you on board. Please find brief details of your order below. The date of activation: 2023-07-05 Activation transaction amount: $0.99 The billing period: 30-days You will be automatically charged $74 every 30-days until you cancel it. Your subscription may be canceled any time via support.” Then, I got charged again for $105.42 AUD. Should charge me $74.00 every 30 days? No happy with the service.

KRThey are complete frauds They are complete frauds. Despite not using their service, they charged me over $300 for three months. They did not provide any information about the subscription fee every month. I will proceed with a lawsuit along with a complaint through the EU anti fraud office. If anyone wants to join me in the lawsuit, please send me an email. As a lawyer, I will definitely sue this company within March and get refund. And they're still lying in the comments. I've never been informed of any costs in advance. Will definitely punish these scammers located in Cyprus.

GBThis company is a total scam This company is a total scam. Great premise of an idea, looks like you just have to buy credits to use their service, pay as you go, but then hidden on their website, when you click to pay your $1.99 are "terms" where they charge you $74 if you don't cancel your "3 day trial" within 24 hours. However, you don't see these terms until you email them to ask why they charged you, and then the support lets you know that they didn't charge you and there's no subscription to your email and they don't know what you're talking about and then the head scammer gets on and says they aren't refunding you and didn't you see the fine print and terms and conditions and says they emailed you the information even though they didn't send anything and they don't even have anything connected to my email. Super friggin scammy.
