I logged into my account and it says I only have the numerate free plan and gives me the option to upgrade it. Emily Vargas told me I did not cancel my plan and to click on the billing link and select cancel. Funny because there is NO option to cancel since it says I only have a free account. How are you billing me for something that your own website says is a free account??? IT's mind boggling to me and I'm going to have to cancel my credit card most likely to get rid of it. Also, they don't have many answers on it. We needed it to help my son in Honors Geometry and it did not help much at all. I just want this whole thing over with.
