GBSCAM SCAM - Run as fast as you can. The FTC began a lawsuit against them in November 2019 because they are scamming people out of their life savings - Google it. They teach you how to wholesale and that is about it. You can learn everything you need to know from your local Real Estate Investment Association. Every state has one. Look it up online. Join your local wholesaling and real estate investing groups on Facebook to learn more about wholesaling. RESPONSE will have you filing for bankruptcy if you are not careful! I'm in over $40k and it will take me years to get this paid off. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! I'd like to do a class action suit against them!

GBBOG = Yes we Can!!! Boots on the Ground was a great experience. Greg was a great instructor full of knowledge and more importantly a passion for the business. He was able to take us from the book and classroom to the community and make the idea of making offers and closing deals a very realistic and doable process. He took our nervous skepticism and turned into enthusiasm for endless possibility. We feel equipped and qualified to chase our dreams with certainty through real estate investing! :)

GBJosh Altmann Real Estate seminar My husband and I attended the Josh Altmann Real Estate class in 2019 in Phoenix, Az. It was with the Target redemption program 20.00 with a 20. purchase and send in receipt to them. I did just that and they sent back the 20. for a few months. The last months which add up to 100. they have never sent and I sent in all the receipts and I have copies of them. I have contacted them numerous times by phone and email and it has been ignored. I am not happy with this situation and I feel he/them should live up to their promise and the mailing that was sent out to go to seminar. My husband and I have several properties and wanted to see if we could learn something new. That was the reason we attended, and the Target redemption sweeten the deal. Thank you Doris Ramos

GBDesigned to Fail The "Marketing" is designed to entice you to sign up for the more expensive program. Which I did... I went through the Boot Camp and that was educational. I was assigned a "Phone Mentor". He did his part, but when it came time to fly out to meet and show how to actually do deals, the person they sent was not my mentor, and did not do the "Required 3 Deals" that were promised. I complained about this several times getting a partial refund, but still never got the "In Person" Deals that are promised in the "Inner Circle"! I wanted to be a success story and have never failed. But this time I did.... It caused me to do a Consolidated Financial help. So, in the end, I never received what was promised! Only phone calls?

GBTop Notch Training! Response has give us the knowledge and confidence to be able to do deals without being afraid. We were, of course, a little nervous when we entered our first transaction, but by following the program we knew we had all the resources at hand to ensure we had done the math and had made the correct offer. We did a fix and flip and had our first offer the first day after placing it on the market! Without having gone through all the top notch training we would never have known about all the resources available to make it happen.
