BEWARE !!! BEWARE !!!! These people are Criminal ! Lawsuits ..Much of them with the Federal Trade Commission , I am also filing too ! They lied about their "success" rate , Plus they had several other Lawsuits under a different names ..One called NUDGE LLC and also ME INCOME ESSENTIALS . It was Basically a Bait and Switch ...They talked to us for 3 days about Generational Wealth and all sorts of Wonderful ways to make a lot of money in the Real Estate business , when it came down to it ..After they find your "Lazy Money" .. They pry about any money that you could possibly have available ,including getting New Credit and running it up to the Max ! Leaving you Bankrupt , Stressed out and IF you had a House they would have you take out your equity on it and give it to them ..or any 401Ks ..Pretty much 100% Guarantee that you'd be kick starting your new career in No time .With a 96% success rate.After pretty much 20,000 in debt to these people and Now several credit cards Maxed out ! NIGHTMARE !!! They should be locked up !

This company is a scam and they just want more of your money This company is a scam and i am requesting my refund for $997.I attended the workshop this weekedn of 4th to 5th May. everything they promised at the initial event was not delivered.they offered to give us enough information to go out there and do deals.they said they will givve information about TAX LIENS,which the instructor didnt say nothing about it.they even offered to give access to a website that shows the tax liens but non of that was offered.they lied to u to fill out a form about GAP funding only to find out later they jut wanted to know how much money we have so they can tell us to pay more for the extra resources and mentorship.it was funny that the cost of the mentorship was equal the exact amount i had written on the sheet of paper.secondly they promised access to deal desk which was supposed to calculate for you about the property and ti show if the deal is worth it.deal desk doent show non of that.it just pulls out random details that doesn't show the value of the property or if the deal is good or not.they promise one thing just to entice people but dont deliver none of that.

Response Rocks! I found the Deal Lab Training my husband & I attended last week (Aug 22-25, 2018) to be extremely valuable to the real estate investment company we’re trying to build. Just to be clear, this is NOT a “get rich quick” idea. This is just solid training delivered by experienced professionals already doing successfully what we hope to achieve in our home state. Top Notch Training! Response has give us the knowledge and confidence to be able to do deals without being afraid. We were, of course, a little nervous when we entered our first transaction, but by following the program we knew we had all the resources at hand to ensure we had done the math and had made the correct offer. We did a fix and flip and had our first offer the first day after placing it on the market! Without having gone through all the top notch training we would never have known about all the resources available to make it happen.

I learned a lot about protecting your… I learned a lot about protecting your assets, and the math for ARV really turned the light bulb on. The deal lab was nice. But then Veil, and Tax Sentinel showed since they are sister companies to Response. They start selling their products and services and then I was officially ready to leave.
