BEWARE !!! BEWARE !!!! These people are Criminal ! Lawsuits ..Much of them with the Federal Trade Commission , I am also filing too ! They lied about their "success" rate , Plus they had several other Lawsuits under a different names ..One called NUDGE LLC and also ME INCOME ESSENTIALS . It was Basically a Bait and Switch ...They talked to us for 3 days about Generational Wealth and all sorts of Wonderful ways to make a lot of money in the Real Estate business , when it came down to it ..After they find your "Lazy Money" .. They pry about any money that you could possibly have available ,including getting New Credit and running it up to the Max ! Leaving you Bankrupt , Stressed out and IF you had a House they would have you take out your equity on it and give it to them ..or any 401Ks ..Pretty much 100% Guarantee that you'd be kick starting your new career in No time .With a 96% success rate.After pretty much 20,000 in debt to these people and Now several credit cards Maxed out ! NIGHTMARE !!! They should be locked up !

Joe was a wonderful instructor who was… Joe was a wonderful instructor who was full of life experience and freely shared it with the class. He shared the best practices for making the best out of the response online tools and explained assignments and flips very well. I would highly recommended boots on the ground through Response to anyone looking to go into real estate investing. The only thing missing in this course is follow up for those students who are going out and implementing. There was information handed out about some mentoring and that got misplaced and I thought it would get discussed before the class would end but I don’t recall hearing a word about it.

The company will take all of your… The company will take all of your money. I've tried to refund my money back but the person who works for the Scam company said I already took some of the classes so she can't refund my money at all. But the company promised me if I am not happy with the company, they'll refund my money 100% but that was totally lying... The company is such a leach sucking poor people's bloody money. I believe there is GOD and they'll all go to the HELL.

Scam!! So once they get you in the door they sell you a 1000 training class. It's ok but during that course they sell you a very expense course that is fool proof. Then when you tell them you can't afford that, they con you into applying for credit cards to pay for it because they will be paid off before the first payment is due. So you go into credit card debt that you can't afford and u take the course that is mostly tricks and ways to navigate the investment world but don't mention that what they teach is pointless and won't work in an over saturated area. So you spend the better part of a year trying non stop to apply what u have learned only to realize it don't work and now your very in debt with nothing to show for it. Stay away and keep your money

Great unexpected huge amount of…THANK YOU!! Great unexpected huge amount of education!!! It gave us a tremendous amount of information to use towards our new Real Estate venture. There were so many ideas to use and able to listen to experienced people in the business to inspire us to move on with tried practices. Also having the backup for taxes and programs for tracking expenses. Learning how to avoid problems and to work with specialized people to make us successful. Couldn't ask for a better program.
