Changed My Life The 12 weeks of course and coach's guidance provided me opportunities to form many new habits, become more accountable and form strong trusting relationship with teammates. I will benefit for the rest of my life and everyone can change no matter how old they are or in what situation they are in. They will need to commit to change from the beginning.

I just didn't know how to do it, I knew I had to but I needed help. I was given a link to Change YOUniversity and i made the call to Damon. I wanted to change so bad, but I had no idea on how I could make any changes become life long changes. This program has given me all the tools and support I will ever need to make perminate changes. This program is designed to teach men how to totally reconstruct their lives in such a way that everything becomes a life long change.
