GBWonderful Experience Working with Ingrid I worked with Ingrid after the birth of my son and wish I had known to reach out even earlier than I did! My baby was highly sensitive and sleeping turned into something to fear in our house and I was ragged with fatigue. Ingrid swooped in and offered not only a helpful framework and roadmap for us to work with but also the compassion and validation that every parent needs. I was able to relax and be easier on myself during a time in life when that is extremely difficult and our consultations provided much needed relief. Once we started sleep training Ingrid provided everything we needed to feel supported and resourced throughout the process.
