HNI can say with absolute honesty I can say with absolute honesty. I have never worked in a company that cares so much for its employees. We are not treated as robots and are flexible if you need a personal day for family matters; sick leaves and vacations are not an issue, and extra work is rewarded accordingly. Our opinions are taken into account. It does not matter what position you're in. We have growth opportunities as well. I couldn't been happier!

HNWorker experience JobDuck does not care about their employees, they do not pay according to what they advertise, they do not provide holidays per US calendar as advertised and do not give you bonuses. However, they do pay on time and their staff is friendly but not helpful.

ZAImpersonal application process I applied as a friend referred me. I did the online application, submitted all the documents and a few days later received an email that they wish not to continue. I was not given a reason, which I found to be unprofessional. If I knew what the issue was, I could know if it's negotiable or what. I am in my 50's with lots of experience. Now I am not sure if it is my experience, my age or my rate that is the reason for the decline. I found the whole process very impersonal as I never spoke to anyone. Other agencies do interviews, speak to you, explain where they can and cannot help and what is available. Speak to Exclusively Remote, they are AMAZING!!!
