Alex is a very confident and helpful coach! I discovered Alex Cormont on Utube and I have been listening to many of his videos and training for a few months now. I have had 2 coaching sessions with coach Danny I have had 2 coaching sessions with coach Danny. I could be honest about my situation for the 1st time ever, he let me talk and listened without judgement. He provided me with what to do and what to avoid doing! It is true that the most of the things and advices you are giving are so contra-intuitive and I came to realise that I was doing the things in a wrong way the whole time.
