GBIRP Experience Definitely a worth it investment. If you want to improve and be surrounded by people that have the same mindset as you, this is the place for you. The 1 on 1s will really elevate your game and you'll see errors and things you can do to improve that you wouldn't have noticed on your own. The community (including the community scrims) overall is very fun to be around. You also have a mountain of knowledge waiting for you at the website. This place is worth every penny!

CAStarted Plat 3 ended D2, but confident to hit Ascendant Enjoyed the 1on1 coaching the most, very easy to figure out what the problems are as an individual player. The notes from the VODs help and able to go back to and achieve these goals that are written down. Really helpful to identify these goals from the coaches and sometimes it can be hard to figure out what is going wrong. Even though I didn't hit the 5 rank up yet I’m confident I will hit it within some time. IRP gave me the tools to get to that point. Coaches do a great job and focusing on how we can fix these problems, coordinating in post plants as an example, using the scrims to really point that out and review it with coaches helped me a lot. Also being with like minded people and also higher elo players helps a lot in the learner process. The live coaching is also a fantastic way to ask questions about the relevant subjects. The drills are amazing to get reps on concepts core the game while being able to get feedback live.

GBFor $1,500, you can get way more value IRP was about $1500 when my class joined. For $1500, you get classes (which apparently they think they have to clarify as "lessons and advanced lessons"), scrims, drills (basically server time practicing execs that'll never happen in your ranked games), and VOD reviews. Apprently they've added assessments now. If you go to Metafy, you can actually book one of IRP coaches for 50 HOURS of 1-on-1 for the same amount, and the value you'll get from 50 hours with evaD vs being in IRP is exponentially greater. The "guarantee" isn't a guarantee as most people don't hit their 6 divisions. I know of many that have been hardstuck for months with zero support from the coaches. Note that 90% they posted, they didn't clarify whether it happens within the timeframe, and they add a bunch of specific criteria so that they don't have to count a bunch of students who don't hit the guarantee. Also, you should ask if it's a money-back guarantee. It isn't ;) Community is good but can be toxic. When I asked a coach to ask someone to stop calling teammates r*tarded in scrims, they told me it was a cultural difference of EU vs NA, tf?!

GBOne thing to take away from this… One thing to take away from this program is that, it really is a great enviornment for improving and getting better at the game. The coaches and staff worked really hard to teach us everything about the game from basics and fundementals, to more nuanced and complex topics and really made sure to help us understand everything being offered. For me I worked with Coach Evad and he explained everything in such a simple, easy to understand way and if I had any questions he would always answer them which was super helpful for me to learn what was being taught. Every coach in the program is like this, and if you are struggling with one coach you have the luxury of choosing different coaches!! I am grateful to coach Evad, Randomnoob, Tiraye, Comet, and Konpeki for working with me and helping me level up my gameplay & mindset!!

ZAWhat an amazing coaching program I started playing Valorant in September of lats year when I got my first pc and I instantly fell in love with the game. I played a lot of Call of Duty before I started playing Valorant because I only had a console. I always wanted to play CSGO and Val, but never could. I invested a lot of time into Call of Duty to try and go pro. The thing is I never loved the game. Now that I started playing the game I wanted to play I scoured the internet for help to improve in Valorant. I paid for Skilled Capped, but I asked for a refund because I was not happy with there coaching and service. BUT then I found IRP the coaching service I needed to make my way to pro easier because everything I needed to know to improve as a player and climb in ranked was giving to me in simple to understand, but amazing and informative classes. You don't only get group classes, but also 1-on-1s with coaches scrims and the amazing community of IRP. Thanks So much Coach @Comet and Coach @Drenit for your amazing 1-on-1s you gave me. Because of IRP I do not feal like a lost sheep in the middle of the field lost and demotivated, but like the heard leader. I know this is not related to Valorant, but that is the best way I can describe it. So what are you waiting for, signup for IRP. You will not regret it! Thank you IRP
