Trusting those that put you to work helping yourself. I am so glad I found Touch of Flavor on YouTube. Having been married to my wonderful wife for 32 years I did not understand myself and why I was going through what I as a polyam had been going through and how that affected our marriage in a very bad way. Some will balk at the price but I think it's the most important money I have ever spent because I wanted out and I was burned out and flying blind. Not anymore, with ToF I'm in love with my spouse who is a very strong and religious mono-am is now understanding, loving and open to MOR. Both of us have been coach-able, willing to work hard and go through the painful process of actually rebuilding our relationship. I am so grateful I found these people with ToF. You will be working at it so prepare yourself.

Lessons Learned... I came to Touch of Flavor as a last resort for my relationship with my wife. Through working with Cassie, Josh, and Amanda, I've gained a different perspective on how to view and ultimately address concerns that my wife has that I was blind to previously. While still a work in progress I have a better understanding of me and my wife's situation and will continue to use the lessons that I've learned at Touch of Flavor to enhance our relationship.

I highly recommend I would like to start with saying I have never done a review of anything in my life. But I feel Cassie and the Touch of Flavor group deserves one. I had counseling conversations with Cassie evey other Monday for about 2 months. She Was amazing! Our conversations were not only informative and motivating they were just plain fun. We were really struggling as we move… We were really struggling as we moved into an open relationship and had really made a dumpster fire of our relationship. The TOF team helped get us back on track to stabilise our relationship and provided us some tools if we do decide that we can both be open again.
