Good Experience I've been doing SCRUM off and on since 2008 so I knew a few things going in. Useful topics included Velocity and estimates and various problems SCRUM Masters run into. What was lacking was some insight into how Company Culture plays a huge role. SCRUM Masters are never seen as "Managers" unless they are Managers. When people want you to work on something and you say the Sprint comes first, they will go above you. Management NEEDS to support SCRUM.

Excellent Scrum Master Training Organized by Strategism Strategism organized the training very well. The trainer was very knowledgeable. She had lot of real life experiences to share. The environment of trust and collaboration was created within the classroom. There was effort made to get everyone involved together. Training material and the props were excellent. The pace was well maintained. Didn't feel rushed thru or a drag for any topic... had enough activities to use theory in practice. Overall a 5 STAR Rating.... I would recommend Strategism to people seeking to go thru trainings.

It was an amazing journey. With my busy schedule at work and starting with a new job/responsibilities I never imagined that I can get my PMP Certified in just 6 weeks. Stretegism/Dr Sam made it possible. As a group we really enjoyed this tenure with Dr Sam/Strategism and some of us was feeling sad when the classes got over. Our entire batch got certified as per plan which is simply great. As a group we are still in touch and our networking arena has been wider after this class. While learning PMP we also came across real life examples from several companies and their culture. Overall a great experience. Strongly recommended.

Excellent trainers in Bay Area My friend did his PMP training at Strategism and recommended Dr. Sam. I enrolled for PMP and learned a lot from his training about Project Management, understood best practices and the gaps at my work. My certification exam was a cakewalk, all my batch mates completed certification in first attempt. This was the beginning of my relationship with Strategism, after PMP I did CSM and ACP as well and now I am planning for PgMP too.
