GBWorst stay ever! The beds were advertised as a king and 4 twins. We get there and it's a full, 2 twins, and 2 rollaway cots. Then the air conditioning system was not working properly. After numerous phone calls over a 5 hour period they finally got someone out to look at it. He informed us that they system duct wor was inadequate for the house and that was the reason it wouldn't cool properly. There was nothing he could do to help. It was 100+ degrees outside and best it would do was 78 inside the home. The curtains were falling off the wall and the floor had numerous soft spots in it.

GBFirst and foremost First and foremost, I would urge people to reconsider choosing Ryson Vacation Rentals. We had plans to stay in a St Tropez Beach condo for ten days and the cold, snow and ice left Texas with tremendous challenges. We sent several emails checking on the status the area and the condo we had rented and finally received a phone call 3 days before we were to arrive. The boiler for the complex had received damages and although the complex had hot water there could be issues getting hot water within our condo. When asked if we would prefer to cancel, we chose to do so, hot water is expected, not a option we would choose to do without. The pool and hot tub were not working, they weren’t considered top priority. Quite frustrating to have Ryson Vacation Rentals to snag their $350+ fee on a property that wasn’t used under circumstances out of our control. Yep, they just sucked that right up for doing NOTHING, condo did not need to be prepared for us nor cleaned and prepared for the next guests! Think twice before you choose to book with Ryson, you may not get your money’s wort!!

GBSeveral people with Ryson are… Several people with Ryson are excellent. Bryan McDonald is the best at keeping me informed. The housekeepers I met were very good. I even use their recommended cleaner now at my home. I do not remember their names, but they come from LaMarque. Chase was helpful when I met him a few weeks ago. Houston is a very good painter. My biggest challenge is that various people do not respond to me or keep me informed. Also, I have asked repeatedly to be contacted via text. Still I receive emails with pertinent information days after an email has been sent. A text to direct me to an email would work, too.

GBWe are very thankful for Ryson as our… We are very thankful for Ryson as our management team. This has been our best year in the past 3 since we had our beach house and Ryson turned COVID on its head in May to get us 90% rentals through September. GBThe Ryson staff takes care of… The Ryson staff takes care of everything! We enjoy our unit when we can and just leave when it is time to go home and their house keepers clean the unit for the next occupant. They advertise, take the reservations, collect the rents, and see that the condo is clean and ready for use each time someone moves out. The middle of the month following the rentals we get our proceeds via a wire transfer.
