DKUrban space, ideally suited for young urban Professionals or Students The building is located in safe and quiet neighborhood, close to recreational spaces and public transport. Very international atmosphere with many tenants from all over the world, something with makes Pulse a great place to start if you're new in the city. Building's staff are all really service-minded and friendly people who each do their best to assist when inquiries or anything, really. Can warmly recommend.

GBBad management with no respect for their tenants Pulse is a fast solution for internationals in a complex real-estate market that cph is, but I would advise to avoid it if possible. You'll see a name mentioned in the reviews and that is Heather's. She saved the reputation of Pulse while she was a community manager cause she really cared about the community and she was a great problem solver. Once she left, the attitude in the community completely changed and communicating with management became very difficult, with top down decisions that disregarded the wellbeing of their tenants. - the idea of community was lot / people not respecting the communal spaces - disgusting communal kitchen that is not cleaned after being used - clothes all over the space in the laundry room - the laundry room is overcrowded, humid and with mouldy smell - rules not respected - people smoking in their rooms. There was even a fire in the building due to that. - people smoking weed in the building. Actually the dealers are right around the corner of the building. - no communication from management on renovations and lack of response when you escalate issues to them. - evictions with no detailed explanation on why contracts cannot be renewed - the contract is written in vague language so there is room for interpretation. If you are not paying extra attention you can lose your deposit or be billed for rent that you already prepaid. - they fired the handy men who were daily in the building helping with maintenance and all sorts of adhoc issues. I am not here to bash Pulse, but the conditions have decreased a lot and it is just a money driven business with no care for their tenants. Especially if this is your first rental in Cph, you will probably get scammed by them somehow. Consider that you pay upfront up to 50.000 dkk. Is it worth that investment of time and energy considering that you are in the city, close to the metro?! That is your call to make...

DKStudio Plus in Pulse Living Østerbro This review is for Pulse Living Østerbro. I live in a studio plus facility and very pleased so far. Location is close to the center and very well connected via metro and bus, room is spacious and SO IS THE BATHROOM and Heather and staff are always prompt and super helpful with different requests - small repairs, questions etc. I also think it's good value for money.

DKPulse living studio plus I recently moved in a studio plus with my boyfriend. The neighborhood is really nice and central, the room is fully refurbished and clean. The pulse living team has been really great with us. They are very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. They help solve any problems that come up immediately (replaced the closet that was broken upon move in, the radiator broke down and was replaced immediately etc) The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that some of the above-mentioned problems are still ongoing 2 weeks after moving in but are being handled.

DKExperiences of the last year (2023) I was a tenant at Tåsingegade 29. First of all, they increased the rent before moving in already. When we signed the contract in November, they already had the indexation meeting in October, and it was communicated that they were already giving the increased rent prices in the contract since it was starting from January. At the beginning of December, many tenants in the same situation got a rent indexation e-mail stating that the rent should be increased further. The contact person, Natalie, didn't know about this, so she tried to speak with the owners but was unsuccessful. So if you decide to live with this company, just be aware that they are using all their legal rights to gain more money out of internationals. Or make them write into your contract which year your rent can increase first. Second, there is a lack of respect from the support side. The phone calls were usually useless for my situation, and the e-mail answers were rude. There are no emergency contacts, making living there even more stressful. The building is really old, and there were a lot of problems with the pipes for months. Now, they have started a renovation, which hopefully will solve the problem, but so far, it has caused me months of headaches because of the worries about possible water damage. In addition to the bad communication, when I was trying to ask why they were not willing to prolong my contract, as discussed before, the answer was they were unable to do that. There was only one month between the discussion and the intention, and they advised me to wait. I think they are renovating the whole floor, but it could have been nice to get this info in one sentence instead of finding it out. Thirdly, the whole place was behind. The promised window washing was almost half a year late, and you could barely see out of the windows. At the beginning of the cold months, there was no heating in the building and no info about when it will be. The common areas were usually dirty and messy, which is unfortunately quite usual in places like this. It also depends on the tenants, but if the owner can see that it is not working, I don't understand why they didn't pay a little extra for the cleaning company to tidy it at least once a week. I have never used the common areas because of this. Last but not least, the contact person, Hilal, is nice, and she is the only one who communicates well. She has to manage two buildings as far as I know, and she has managed it so far, so she deserves all my respect. Sometimes, her answers also needed some time, but she reacted fast and effectively in emergencies. So, my second star in my rating is because of her and the location. The building is close to the metro and other public transportation, making it valuable.
