Oaks of Lakebridge, Ormond Beach, FL This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The staff is friendly, the maintenance people are prompt and fast, and my neighbors are absolutely awesome! They go to great lengths to maintain and take care of this property and are in the process of upgrading all the apartments and have already given the outside of the apartments a fresh coat of paint and brand new roofs. You'll find no complaints from this girl! Thank you Penny, Suzy, Tom, and other maintenance man (sorry I don't know your name even though I should), for making my stay here absolutely pleasurable!

This website is very unreliable with… This website is very unreliable with regard to active house listings. Most listing are significantly outdated. That is, many of the listings are for properties that were already rented out or sold (and removed from MLS listings) weeks ago. So, when you contact the listed agents they either do not respond or tell you the house is not available anymore. One agent told me the listing I reached out about was taken off the market 1 month prior. She also told me that this website does not update its data as it should so she often gets contacted about properties that were taken off the market weeks prior.

Ladies, no spiders!!! The Children are respectful, and well behave. Management are great and supportive staff who are always willing to help at whatever cost. The Reserve at Winding Creek rent is affordable so that our families loves coming to our home to visit and we love coming home too. The location is 15-20 mins away from work, However, all my shopping, parks (tennis/basketball), nightlife( Jays Classic Bar & Grill),bowling, Auto shops, and Banks are walking distance.
