Best service, hands down Flexible when we needed to extend. Very helpful and caring. Apartment was clean and stocked with amenities we needed, to include a nice snack basket and starter items for the kitchen and laundry. They rearranged furniture to accommodate our family and needs. Absolutely a terrible experience. I booked with them late last year for a NYC trip with the family. It was super high pressure to get the paperwork in and paid and that was unusual and they were very aggressive to charge my credit card when it did not go though the first time (this never happens to me). This should raised red flags, but I'm a longtime member of Booking.com and that's accounts for something, right? Wrong. I figured something was off as my trip got closer and contacted them. Sure enough I was cancelled and like so many else, they lie and cheat and drag their feet and then stop responding with no refund given. I've been contact in other placed by their reservations team to remove my bad reviews in exchange for stays and asserted I've been refunded. I really thing they are delusional and don't book when them. If it's on a travel site under another name and corphousing group appears on your contract, contact your credit card immediately.

It’s a scam It’s a scam! You can not call the number , only text them. I think I texted 6 different numbers and didn’t hear back from anyone

However, we were never refunded by the Corporate Housing.Com We contacted them several times.They now respond that they have sent a refund. But after 60 days w still have not got our 1030 dollars. You can always get your money back from your bank if you make an objection. we just got it so now it is the bank that has to raise money from CorporateHousing.Com
