I used furnished finders for one month I used furnished finders for one month. I deleted my account after finding my first tenant. One year later I received an email saying I was being charged $149 auto renewal fee. I don’t know why my account was still active and apparently in the fine print of their terms and conditions they state there is an auto renewal fee. This is a predatory practice. They never sent me an email to let me know I was going to be charged. However, I did receive an email saying I was being charged. They refused to refund my money even though they could look at my account and see I had not used their services in almost a year. Predatory companies like FurnishedFinders rely on practices like this. Do NOT use furnished Finders!

I am writing as a landlord I am writing as a landlord; I just wanted to see the activity the site could generate, and after a month I found a long term tenant using Zillow. I placed the FF account into hidden mode and never logged in again. After a year I was charged for another year's subscription. FF said according to terms and conditions that's what they do. When checking my account setting the auto renewal was in "off". They absolutely refuse to refund my $149 for a service they know I am not using....total corporate greed in my opinion.

Don’t waste your time or money on this They will charge you exorbitant fees to list your property on their site. Afterwards, you will receive a constant stream of notifications from potential tenants, but it seems that all of them are automated and fake. None of these inquiries are from genuine individuals. I advise against wasting your money. I have taken into account the feedback shared by other reviewers on this platform.
