Non communication is the motto After the initial pressure to sign the agreement within one day of contacting me I have heard nothing. Three phone numbers and several email accounts go unanswered. Have called for weeks now with nothing. All they did was list the property with a very old photo. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING SCAM.

Knowledgeable, trustworthy James is knowledgeable, trustworthy and a total straight shooter. He is incredibly educated in everything real estate, and uses this knowledge to find win-win-win scenarios for everyone involved. HOME SELL I needed to sale my house, so I called Modern Property Solutions. I was fortunate to speak with Craig Bach. Craig and I came to a fair deal. Unfortunately, I was unable to close on the deal, due to circumstances out of my control. Craig,was able to cancel the contract without penalty to me.
