GBBlueground will ignore you, too - even when the problem is their fault I thought I was special, but now I realize that Blueground's habitual way of operating is to ignore their customers. I haven't even been able to access my apartment. I received three emails saying they will call. But my phone never rings. A customer experience manager literally took the time to email to tell me she didn't have time to call me...even though she admitted Blueground made an error. It's such an outrageously bad customer experience that I almost laugh instead of cry. Until I realize that I've lost around $5k to them. Then I cry. So here's your sign to stay far away from Blueground

GBGreat Customer Service, responsive and very professional. Quick response, quick resolution, very kind by going above and beyond with your requirements. Appartment was missing curtains and even though it was not part of the package they made it happen. For any issues they were ready to help anytime. All of team members are very professional and maintain quality standards by providing great custmer services. Also the property is well maintained with great location. It's like home away from home. Thank you Komelia, Alea and all who contributed in making my stay as comfortable as possible.

GRGreat experience! The communication is great overall. You know how, where and when through the app. No unnecessary phone calls, no misunderstandings. The app has all the info about your property you will need. A minor issue that occurred was handled immediately. The house was exactly like the pictures and near transportation.
