He brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and has effectively “templatized” the entire experience to make everything so much simpler than it would be otherwise. He is an incredibly kind and hospitable human which made us feel comfortable, and also allowed him to build a positive relationship with the sellers which helped us make a winning bid. In addition to this, Daniel brings an incredibly analytical and data driven mindset to housing which I believe is truly unique to other agents. Daniel was INCREDIBLE Daniel was INCREDIBLE! I cannot thank him enough. He hustled so much for us, even across time zones/states. It was so nice having someone in the process we could trust and ask "dumb questions" to. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and his hustle/insight helped us get our dream home in the span of ~5 days and through a bidding war.
