Carlos, Alex and everyone else at Team Aguilar proved invaluable in helping me locate the perfect single family home in Chula Vista in my price range. He helped me through the whole process, from initial offer to escrow and helped find a broker. Everything went more or less smoothly, with Carlos guiding me along the way and making sure I did not get stuck at any step. He even pushed and prodded the broker on my behalf when things seemed to stall at one point. Great service, I couldn't expect more from a real estate agent.
