It's the Real Deal The program has great content and is organized very well. Daniel and his team are genuine about giving value to all their students in their real estate journey. My experience with First Deal Mentor has been transformational! My experience with First Deal Mentor for the past 18 months has been transformational. Before joining the program, I did not possess the necessary knowledge about real estate transactions, did not have the right mentally to as an investor, did not have mentors I could turn to for guidance, and did not belong to a network of people who shared my same real estate goals. Since joining FDM, my mentally as a real estate investor and an entrepreneur has blossomed and I have gained the necessary knowledge and confidence to get deals done with little or no cash out of pocket.
