Great website to find 1-month renters I have been renting a room in my 3-bedroom house for the last 1.5 years, mainly to med students on rotating internships. Great experience. Students are very responsible, clean and busy. Really a great service and will continue to use!

Excellent service and endless opportunities As a host, rotating room has been a great opportunity for me to help medical students rotating through major hospitals in the city I live in for over 7 years now. I enjoy hosting and meeting a variety of medical students and professionals and have cultivated great relationships. Rotating room is a reliable and safe source to receive the best connections. Their website is easy to use and their customer service has been impeccable. They have been a wonderful resource to expand my network and income. I would definitely recommend them if you are interested in subletting or renting an extra room for amazing people who go out to help the world be a better place.

Great Platform We've been using RR for 3 years and have had great success with the quality of our guests --most of them medical students on rotations, some international students. It would greatly improve the site if there was a rating system for the landlords and the guests. With all the schemes going on out there, it would be nice to have another layer of information so everyone could have an idea about each other.

Great place for USC away Karla is very on top of things and responsive! The room and apartment were clean, and well furnished! I would happily stay again if I had a rotation at USC. Slightly too far to walk but one can rent a car or use uber (get uber one).
