Beware of this company Beware of this company. They offer you a contract for an "as Is" house, and send a person out with the contract and they take pictures and videos of your house, yard and HVAC system. When it comes to the inspection time to end, they call you and recind their offer and offer alot less, stating, cost of construction went up, the housing market has changed for the worse etc, I would never do business with Homeinc

I feel like part of a family. Most people, afterwards make you feel like you have been swindled. My experience with HomeInc LLC, has been the exact opposite.
