I've rented through ALH for the past… I've rented through ALH for the past 3-4 years and have no complaints. When I first moved in, the prior tenants had not fully cleaned the property or dispose of items left in the attic, and I was provided a gift card for my inconvenience. Additionally, they've always been responsive to any repairs I brought to their attention, their communication to/from the property owner/HOA to me was always fluid, and they even waived a lock-out I once had after accidently locking myself out of the house. My leasing relationship has now come to an end, the move-in/out process were both smooth, and if I'm ever seeking to rent again I'd gladly return. Marina, thank you very much for a positive leasing/rental experience and for always being available, professional, and very responsive to any needs I had. I greatly appreciate it. NB
