GBI swear on my own grave this is one and… I swear on my own grave this is one and only bad review I’ve ever given to anybody. I’ve always given 5 stars to all people I’ve dealt with up until now. I wish I was allowed to give them a big ZERO. Yup, they are that bad. Seller left only one garage remote control, one mail box key, and no front door key (keypad lock with a key hole which overrides the access code). My agent seemed not aware of it and DID not bring them to the closing. Seller’s agent told me where the key package was and I didn’t get access to the property until next day. My agent was looking at his phone the whole time during the inspection report reviews and took off before the review was even over. When I asked for a walkthrough 2 hours before the closing, he said it’s unnecessary because it’s an vacant unit.....I needed to make him show up at the condo b4 the closing. Does any of above make any sense to any buyers?

GBIt was a pleasure working with the… It was a pleasure working with the Brink Realty Group. They made the whole process easy and stress free, especially considering we were out of state throughout. Michael and Jeff are informative, efficient, fun and I couldn't imagine anyone capable of doing a better job. Before the house even went on the market they had generated interest in our house, and offers came in shortly after. Cannot recommend enough.

GBThe best!! Greatest broker - went out of his way to save me money and provide upgrades. No broker would normally do this. He gives honest opinions (even in front of the selling broker!). I would use him for all.
