We are not the easiest clients We are not the easiest clients. We are picky about certain things, and we were in town for a week, with the goal of having an accepted offer before we left. Enter: Paige Brown Halberdier, realtor extraordinaire. Over multiple days, Paige had shown us at least 15 homes. She relentlessly pursued scheduling viewings where the occupants were difficult and uncooperative. She meticulously planned routes around the area and the order of homes we would view.
