Great company Great company! I have lived in my house for the last42 years and finally, I decided it was about time to sell the house and move on with my life. I contacted a few other companies, they come and check the house they make me an offer, but I was not very impressed with their attitude and professionalism. I was getting the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me and my situation. And then I contacted House Cashin. A gentleman named Nicholas Sinopoli answered the phone and right away after a few minutes talking to him on the phone I was sold. He offered me to come over and check the house the next day and I agree to it. I come to find out that Nicholas was very professional and knowledgeable and most of all he take his time and he answered all my question. One month later the house was sold thanks to Nicholas and I was starting a new life in a great new location. I will strongly advise anyone looking to sell their house in the Houston Texas area to call House Cashin and specifically request to speak to Nicholas Sinopoli. You will not regret it.

They used a local title company and paid all of the closing costs. Richard was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Closed quickly and in a timely basis. My wife and I came across House Cashin… My wife and I came across House Cashin as we were looking to sell our property to move out of state.
