While I was traveling they arranged over 5 showings and found me one of the best tenants I've ever had. My effort over the 3 week period was about 30 minutes, just teeing up requirements, paperwork, dropping off keys, and making decisions. I probably saved 30 hours of work. I have been a landlord for over 10 years and this was by far the easiest time I've had landing a tenant. I won't ever do it the hard way again.

Great services that get results - thanks! After renting our condo out to a friend, we had a vacancy to fill and decided to give RentSavvy a try. Their rental analysis helped us decide on a price that I was comfortable with. They always let me be in control of those types of decisions, but were very responsive online with any questions I had. They helped us figure out what to do regarding short-term vs long-term and furnished vs unfurnished, and in the end, they also helped get the lease signed. Right now, I'm collecting payments from my new tenant via their Stripe integration and it doesn't even cost me anything extra.
