Ocean’s Roar Condo was lovely, comfortable and clean. Ease of going to beach and areas for walking. Location easy access for restaurants and shopping. Everything was as advertised.

A Relaxing Vacation Our original reservation was for a 1BR /1Bthrm condo at Litchfield by the Sea, upon arrival there were few "hiccups" that I emailed the reservation management about. They PROMPTLY responded and within 15 minutes we were upgraded without additional cost to an amazing 3BR/3 Bthrm Lake house, The Sandtrap, at the same complex. The grounds were immaculate, the house was extremely well appointed with EVERYTHING a family would need, just unpack your clothes and toothbrushes. There is a 1.25 mile pedestrian path for walks, a gorgeous beach , tennis courts, outdoor pool, lazy river and splash pool. There is also an indoor pool and sauna. We saw young men fishing in many of the small creeks and marsh waters throughout the grounds. Also for families traveling with their fur babies this place was very friendly and there were "doggy" bags and disposal receptacles. There was also a restaurant & bar on grounds BUT Pawleys Island offers plenty to eat at within a few minutes drive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location Great location. Immaculate room on arrival. Restaurants and shops all within a mile or so. Beach less than a mile away. Can't beat the price.

The homeowner/manager was very… The homeowner/manager was very responsive to questions and the move-in/move-out went smoothly. Everything was clean and accessible and our stay was very easy!
