Great service I was a bit wary at first, but Homelister helped sell my property quickly (under contract within 8 days)! I saved about $15k by avoiding the seller’s realtor fee. (I did offer to pay a 2.5% buyer’s realtor fee and that indeed was where the best offer came from.)
