GBSeason Opening Glitches... We were the first guests and there were some problems. A few problems like no icemaker in kitchen freezer, hot tub cover were not solved during our stay, but your staff was wonderful. Others like the gate off the upper deck broken and no shower head in the outdoor shower were fixed on Sunday which amazed us. In spite of the few opening season glitches, we had a great stay and were very happy with our interactions with your staff.

GBGreat Communicators! Sun Realty was very responsive to our questions and comments--easy check-in and check-out procedures. It was great to be able to text or call and get answers quickly and not tie up our precious vacation time waiting on responses. The whole process of renting online, checking the client portal, and communicating about incidentals was very easy. We were a bit confused about check out time due to a discrepancy between on-line info and info posted on the frig in the house, but this was easily cleared up with a quick call.
