Highly recommend!! I highly recommend using Obligo for your next security deposit! Instead of paying your full security deposit, you are able to pay a very small fee each month (or pre pay for the year) where your landlord can charge you for any damages upon move out instead of paying a lump some and receiving it back at the end. This helped my roommates and I not have to tie up our money into a heavy security deposit fee! Their customer service is great as well!

Give Obligo a shot! Totally worth it! Highly recommend using Obligo! It was such an easy process to be able to apply and get approved for no deposit. I didn’t have to fork over a chunk of money to be able to get into our new place made it so much better because we didn’t have to have money tied up as a deposit for our rental. Completely worth it!

Quick & Easy! Obligo was quick and easy to use. My husband and I make decent money, but struggled with the idea of putting over $3k down as a deposit on a rental house since we don’t have a huge savings account. Obligo approved us within minutes for no deposit. You do have to pay quite a service fee (ours was nearly $500) but that made the most sense for our situation. It may not be for everyone, but if you don’t have a large savings account built up, this is a huge help!

Perfect Solution! Obligo was the perfect solution for me! It allowed me to not have to tie up money in any security and also do things independently & not have to ask friends or family to co-sign. I was even more happy when I found that I use them at so many places in the city so they will definitely be my go to if/when I move again.

Great service for hard workers It is great service for returning your security deposit or freeing up the cash to begin with. Ensure that you know you will not need the deposit before redeeming it though or it could come back to haunt you.
