I would love if you could provide I would love if you could provide a rent to income ratio board with each screening. Also at the $29.95 price it would be great to get (as with other sites I've been using) a state Pacific criminal background check included. I'm aware we could get a 10% discount if we pay an annual $99 membership fee. For comparison. I use Zumper.com tho advertise as well. They don't have the best intact not good customer service. However the applicants can apply direct to me for a property I listed, I have all fees set at $50 unlimited units app fee (my choice to get paid for the remaining portion of application verifications). But really it's $29.95 is what I pay to them For the reports.
