This Is Nice Attentive personnel. Sydney was phenomenal, and communicated via my preferred method (text). They were very understanding of my schedule and limited ability to tour multiple properties in a short time. You may notice that the rebate depends on the rent price point of the property. Once I signed a lease, it took me a few weeks to register for the cash back. However, once I did register, within a few days I had some extra cash. This is nice, considering the current rent environment and pricing practices. The rebate was honored via my choice of prepaid gift card, vendor gift card, Venmo or similar payout services.

Find a place to stay over If I'm going for a business trip to another city I do know for sure that I ca enter this website, find an appropriat appartent to stay over, and do it wothout any hustle and problems. Gabby is the absolute BEST!! Gabby is the absolute best! In the ups and downs in my pursuit to finding an apartment that would accept me, she was always understanding and encouraging. She sent me apartments that I never knew were here along with move in specials. The entire experience was amazing, Gabby would respond to all of my questions through text when I was working and was so friendly and sweet I always looked forward to hearing what she had to say.

Moving can be sooo stressful Moving can be sooo stressful, especially 7 months pregnant and trying to move before your baby is born!!! Sydney was such a blessing.
