GBMy sister lives in one of your houses… My sister lives in one of your houses and prior to them moving in it has had flooding issues. Just this last week the basement flooded which is the tenant down stairs and they were told they need to pay out of pocket to fix it. They did not cause the flood as it came from the exterior into the basement as there is a large crack at the concrete wall. The house sits on a slope and has other structures behind it that sit at a higher elevation. This is going to be a mold issue and has damaged personal property Inside the house. Renters insurance does not cover pre-existing conditions due to lack of maintenance and incorrect grading on the outside. This will be a rather substantial lawsuit if it is not covered by Bungalow and the property owner. It may also involve health issues.

GBGreat Experience! 10/10 Andres Del Carmen was fantastic. He was willing to work with me regarding the lease and payment. Furthermore, he helped connect me with one of the roommates, so I can check out the property and see the room. Everything worked smoothly - I'm very impressed at how streamlined everything was!

GBYour peace of mind is more important than a cheap place to live. Nice but made with cheap materials. If you notice some of the rating who give this place 5 stars are renting the entire house. Then the others who are renting a room are probably not staying the entire 12 months. Or not telling you the whole story. Bungalow is doing the devils works. Listen if its too good to be true thats because it is, but you maybe too desperate for a place so you might ignore this message but don’t say i didn't warn you. They move anybody in without your notice the whole bit of the chat is pointless. Moved a guy in who we didn't approve who had roaches. How nice?! he was also very strange. Two people signed the lease one never moved in and another moved out within a week. The cleaning crew is a bit redundant because the house is already clean and there should be a way to opt out when not needed. If they could add a fee for every-time a person opened the refrigerator they would. They added a fee for everything on your rent, I'm not exaggerating. We had a leaking roof that stopped the kitchen ceiling lights from working. They fixed the leak but not the lights. The house is in a poor neighborhood but the neighbors were decent. They will con you out of your deposit. They also made the garage into a bedroom in the middle of my lease causing everyone to not be able to use the garage at all. The customer service is a zero. They don't hear you or see you. The houses on the site for Atlanta is always available? How if the prices are great?, how if the houses are so nice? Why cant they fill it and keep them filled?

GBWe decided to rent a whole home for our group vacation... We decided to rent a whole home for our group vacation. We could come and go as we pleased without bothering anyone, and we enjoyed total solitude. There was enough living space in the spotless home for everyone to relax. Our fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals, which saved money and resulted in priceless bonding moments.
