Our new Napa home Our family was looking into a vacation property. We didn't need or want a 365 home. What we did want is a large really nice home in a location that allowed us to lure friends and family to gather. We didn't want the obligations associated with second homes either, such as management, upkeep, bills etc. Pacaso offered exactly that

It’s almost like having a private hotel I’ve been going to Tahoe once or twice a ski season, renting Airbnbs with my brother and his family. I thought it’d be great to have a vacation home, but it seemed like such a hassle. I think the Pacaso model solves a lot of that. Scheduling is one of the best things about our Pacaso so far. The app has been terrific. I’m a UX designer working in apps, and I appreciate all the built-in features. I find that I'm getting most of the dates I want. Being able to share home information with guests has been a nice addition. We’ve tried swapping dates recently and that totally worked out for us too. Plus, I love having a home manager — that kind of white-glove approach is terrific. The thing I love about my Pacaso is that it’s not only a beautiful home but it also becomes a gravitational pull to bring in friends and family to spend quality time together!

Perfect ownership in Palm Desert My husband and I have owned a timeshare in Palm Desert for the past 12 years, and have loved coming to this beautiful paradise. During the pandemic, we explored ownership possibilities, and our son suggested we upgrade from our timeshare in the Valley and transition to owning real estate with Pacaso. A few months later, we were at the BNP Tennis tournament and saw Pacaso everywhere. It was literally a sign to move forward! Our Pacaso and memories! I think people are always really surprised when they come to our Pacaso. If you invite people, they will come, and they will want to come again and again. We love the high-end furnishings, finishes, outdoor area, pool, hot tub, fireplace, and dining table. It’s the whole package: comfortable elegance. We’ve made so many memories that we will keep forever.

Excellent sales process, straightforward answers Outstanding patience with questions & straightforward answers through the sales process. We looked at a number of homes over 6+ months before moving forward. Very impressed with the members of the sales team that we worked with. The legal structure is complex, but I think it makes sense for the shared ownership model they are creating. I had it reviewed by outside counsel who concluded that their documents were well thought out & drafted. We haven't stayed at the house yet, but our initial interactions with the property manager have been great as well.
