I have purchased leads through SOLD.com… I have purchased leads through SOLD.com (3 zipcodes) and have received several leads thus far, all of which have accurate contact info (unlike other lead sources). Danielle Jaros was my initial sales rep, she is super knowledgeable and tells it straight. Since then I have had the pleasure working with Kristi Teague who goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

very missleading As I mentioned to them over the phone I felt very mislead. I never rembered signing a contract to give them a referal on any deals. Then they ended up taking a very large portion of commission. Then to "make it better" they tried to offer me discounted zip codes and then at my scheduled call with them they said that the discount was no longer valid even though they had just given it to me a few days ago.

Other than the normal things related to… Other than the normal things related to the house maintenance, I did not do a thing. All the legal and financial parts were managed by the agency. It was a good experience. I would recommend Brian and his agency to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

Mortgage Leads are not yet ready to be sold I can't speak to their real estate leads, but the mortgage leads are not quite ready to be sold. They are new to mortgage leads, and just don’t seem to have things dialed in yet. Personally, I would recommend waiting for a while before signing up, until they get things smoothed out. To their credit, they did reach out to me almost immediately after posting my review to make things right. I won’t specify what they did, but suffice it to say they did right by me.
