She reviewed houses in my area what they were selling for and came up with a fair asking price. We put the house on the market within 2 weeks and with 6 showings we had an offer on the house. Linda Duba outstanding realtor The realtor, Linda Duba bent over backwards in trying to sell my home. She was very easy to work with and Kopt in touch from every open house. She had she let me know what was said and good or bad. I really appreciate that she was willing to do whatever I wished regarding the sale and was concerned about keeping the house safe and Pipes and water taken care of in bad weather. She always pointed out the good qualities of my home in trying to sell it. She was an outstanding realtor, and I would highly recommend her to anybody that is selling their home.

Other than the normal things related to… Other than the normal things related to the house maintenance, I did not do a thing. All the legal and financial parts were managed by the agency. It was a good experience. I would recommend Brian and his agency to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

She organized the showings quicker than we through possible, got us a great offer, and saw everything through right to closing with constant communication the whole time.
