The best location in Snowmass The experience was great in all aspects. The locations is perfect, the apartment was cozy, nice, confortable with everything we needed. The staff is ultra nice and helpful, so as the team of transfers. The building also has a covered garage, which is very good, complete ski lockers, outside pool. Right infront of the Alpine Gondola and true Ski In and out.

Accommodations Met Expectations Accommodations and parking arrangements were in order and as expected. We only lacked salt in the shaker. Well done!

Frias was very prompt in responding to… Frias was very prompt in responding to all requests from airport transportation, dining options, dishwasher problem, and sound system problems. Cleaning services were excellent during our stay. I suggest that Frias provide some simple supplies i.e. ground coffee, sugar, creamer and a food gift (cookies, chocolates, granola) when guest arrives. The unit 10 at Fasching was odd that unit 9 has a fake door to it that is not sound proof. We heard voices from unit 9 clearly when relaxing in living room and kitchen of our unit 10. Also Frias tried very diligently to fix the sound system in unit 10 that never worked during our stay.

Unit 301 Unit 301, 1) Bathroom faucet was defective and had a foul smell. Drain pipe has negative pitch. The maintenance team responded quickly to repair the faucet. 2) Thermostat did not function. Temperature reached 77⁰ each night. 3) Ceiling fan & Light "Non functional" 4) Lamps unplugged upon arrival. Required me to get on my hands & knees to reach under the bed to plug them in. The staff, housekeeping and maintenance team were very pleasant.

Beautiful and well-maintained property and unit. Beautiful and well-maintained property and unit. Out condo was well appointed, had lots of natural windows and light in every room. and the kitchen was well equipped for a family that cooked multiple meals every day. We had no issues with noise at any hour of the day and as a group not particularly into night life we were very comfortable lounging in the unit evenings. Did I mention 2 balconies with seating for those bluebird afternoons? True ski-in/out with convenient, secure ski storage, easy access to Elk Camp Gondola, or easily ski down to the base area. If that's not enough the pool and hot tub are an option for relaxing too.
