GBI started an account with Charlie… I started an account with Charlie because they made the promise of depositing my SS check 4 days.early and great customer service and protection of my money. I did get my check early and for the.most part the ladies I spoke to at customer service were very nice however... I had over 600.00 transferred from. my account into cash app accounts that were not authorized. I filed fraud comments and followed all the steps even sending g them copies of.my actually cash app which showed.no activity so apparently whoever was taking my money had cash app accounts that they set up In Order to.scam people out of money. Charlie was very slow on putting any money back into my account and I had to tell them I was Incurring late fees on my bills and didn't have any groceries.aftwr finally putting g the.money back into my account and me getting g a new.card and changing my passwords etc I was able.to.start catching.up on my bills except somehow cash app transfers began again! I alerted the bank again and was put on hold. Then the lady came.back saying my account was closed and I could not.bank.with Charlie. She told me.to check my emails .the email I received either meant that my activity was suspicious or that Charlie was.not.capable.of keeping my money safe. I have.open dispute cases and.had 60..00 in my account when they closed it. I had.nothing to do with my money being g.taken out and.have.asked them to.please let me know their findings and to.replace the money that was not.authorized to.be.taken I dont.know how people hack accounts or.scam.people and.apparently Charlie can't figure it out.either but I do know they need to replace what was taken from. My account and I will most certainly find a better and.more secure bank to do.business with. Also.. cash app was taking money out of my account but.my cash app was not.linked to my account.i would like to see criminal charges brought up.against whoever.did.this butfinding out what Charlie's investigation has uncovered is not info they seem to be able.to provide.

GBThey flat out lied to us One of the reasons I signed up with Charlie by the way odd name for a banking app is because they claimed you could get your check up to 4 weeks early wrong once signed up they changed it to 3days early nice I was and still am very angry when I called all they said was oh sorry about that now I have run into another issue I was refunded money from a shoe store and have never gotten it four weeks now just great needless to say I am leaving Charlie I do not trust them at all if I were you I would not get any where near them thank you for listening

GBSo far not so good So far not so good. My Social Security check did come five days early and was deposited into my Charlie account. But I have no card yet and cannot even get a virtual card number so that I can use it. And my rent is due. If I get evicted…

GBThe REALLY inconvenient things is is… The REALLY inconvenient things is is that it's taking a long time to get my debit card!!! It's very annoying. Good thing I can at least use the virtual card in the meantime. I love that my social security direct deposit was available to me SIX days early!! Love it. Too bad customer service isn't available on weekends. And WHERE IS YOUR APP? Is there even one? Or does it all go through the website. I sincerely hope there is an app attached to my account. So far, so good, I guess. Time will tell.
