GBAfter almost 2 years of paying my bill… After almost 2 years of paying my bill on time and never missed a payment . I decided to pay remaining balance in full one big slump . when ahead and waited until they cleared the money from my bank account , then when over to Experian disputed and requested an update and they when ahead and put , that the balance still remains the same , I will no longer ever be doing business with this company again.

GBWould not recommend Would not recommend! I had a 800 credit score before patientfi. I set up autopay to pay one third of my bill which I had 6 month promotional balance of zero apr. I set up the payments to pay within 3 months. The first report to my credit bureau stated I have intrest and my loan is paid -3%. I checked my account statement and the email they sent with my account balance. Neither match! The loan says I have 29%intrest AND DEFFERED PROMOTION! I have copies with timestamps on every document. This company doesn't know what it's doing and well ruin your credit by reporting incorrect info and you'll have to waste your time disputing it.

GBI made an assumption that my payoff… I made an assumption that my payoff balance would be the day I had my procedure. Come to find out, I was charged an interest rate 27.990% (based on documents, fair), however, I paid off the balance within 10 days (assuming the final payoff date was the date of the surgery). That amounted to ~$2,550 for the year, per what I was told. When I spoke with the agent, she said she’d submit a ticket to request the removal and that often times when people payoff the balance within 30 days of the payoff date, the interest rate is removed or refunded. I called to follow up and spoke with another agent after I was told I’d receive a call within 7-10 business days with a response (no one called me). They said I would get nothing in return and that it was rejected. No offer to refund at least 50% back or divide what the interest would have accrued in 10 days, nothing! After asking for a manager (because this was unacceptable. It’s taking advantage of customers), the agent came back and said he’d submit another ticket (taking another 7-10 bus days). I asked what difference would this ticket make from the first and why couldn’t I speak with a manager. He said they basically would dispute it and try again. Which was not helpful. I made an honest mistake of miscalculating the payoff date was the date of my procedure, by 10 days. No offer to adjust the interest amount, at all!! I will never use or recommend this company again for future procedures. And be sure to let anyone I know to avoid this company who doesn’t treat customers fairly, understanding the situation.

GBI applied for a loan with PatientFi… I applied for a loan with PatientFi because I was told that if I paid it off within a year I would have no interest. They reported to Credit Karma that there was interest on the loan. I had automatic payments on my account and I missed one payment after that I was charged double payments every month after that, when I called to ask over the double payments I was told that they saw no such payments on my account. I finished paying the debt and was double charged on my last payment I had to dispute it with my bank to get that resolved and later got an email from them saying that I had outstanding payments on my account, it took me two days of calling customer service and finally getting someone on the phone to get that solved! Now its been almost TWO MONTHS since I’ve paid off the debt and they still haven’t reported it to Credit Karma only saying that I paid off 8% of my loan effectively ruining my credit score. I seriously don’t recommend this company to anyone!
