Do not trust Titan Travel! I did a review of my holiday in October 2023 with Titan. I chose Titan because of its reputation. I toured Sicily with over 40 people. My review was very disappointing to write. There were so many things wrong but most disturbing was a coach not fit for purpose,indeed illegal here. Seatbelts missing, seats of different sizes, people sat with their legs in the gangway, tannoy system not working on one side, no toilet, and wheels that smoked so bad that the driver was alerted by other road users. A guide who was inept and ill-prepared,inexperienced and unable to deal with passengers complaints. My Trust Pilot review was acknowledged by Titan, but since October 2023 - NOTHING. Emails from Ella but nothing that leads me to trust Titan. I have read other reviews and now realise that Titan just ignores you. Do they have a complaints department? Just spent 4 hours going through the… Just spent 4 hours going through the set up, already have a Garmin and Huawei smart watches, this one's awful, downloaded PGfit app, several issues that can't get help with, can't register, app stalls, terrible, second, though connected to Bluetooth will not allow access to phone contacts, lastly, will not allow you to adjust time out for screen in user profile, all together a real BAD CHOICE for a phone despite the app, don't waste your time buying, cheap and nasty with no help readily available.

Don't waste any time working with this… Don't waste any time working with this company, they have TERRIBLE customer service, they don't even have a phone. They do all their CS though a chat and it takes days, not minutes. I had an account with them for their Crypto, but once ETF's were live, they simply bought the IBIT ETF, that I can do by myself on Schwab, why pay them monthly fees. Once I tried to close my account, it took days and the IBIT ETF dropped and ended up costing me over $2K, from the price when I put in my sale/transfer to when it finally went through. Save yourself the time, headache and money and go elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time and money I was down 50% of my portfolio at one time with them based on allowing them full trade autonomy. Now they are still down 20%. I went to close my account and they’re asking for a list of bank statements on any account that I connected with them. I can easily change my password and get on a new device, I can correspond through email and text and their chat server, but if you want your funds back…they require your bank statements to give your money back. No, not just a screenshot through your bank app, they want your transaction info. As in, they have access to a month or more of all transactions. Which is in itself a security compromise. And a new photo ID pic and then some time to close the account. For reference, Robinhood and TD and Shwaub and Fidelity I’ve used. None of them required any of this scammy bs. They’re not fast to respond in their chat log either. Youd be wise to avoid this “company”. Also, for an investment bot, their fees look higher than anyone else. When asked about their investment strategy and how they lost 50% of my portfolio, it was jargon and excuses as to why and how they invest. I’m assuming the only reason they’re still afloat is heavy marketing. The “strategists “ seem to have all rolled over as well. All new faces.
