Great customer service This is the second time I ordered with this site, this time it was a canvas as a gift during the holidays, I did expect some delays so i couldn't be mad. The great thing about this site is if you are unhappy at all the with outcome of the design you can work with the artist to resolve any issues. I did have an issue with the eyes, the artist responded quickly and a week later fixed the issue. I greatly appreciate the time put in because the outcome was exceptional. Thank you mypetprints! i will continue to shop with you guys for any and all pet merch!

Love this company and the work they do! I recently found My Pet Prints and started with one order - a pillow with my dog's picture, It arrived on time, as promised. I was a little nervous as I took it out of the package. But, WOW, I couldn't have been happier. The quality of the pillow was perfect, and the artwork is fantastic. The best word to describe it is BEATIFU! I have since ordered stickers, a decal, a coffee cup and another pillow. Every item exceeds my expectation. I would recommend My Pet Prints without hesitation -- oh! I will be ordering more

Perfect! The sticker is absolutely perfect! It took quite a while for it to ship, but when a friend ordered they got theirs much quicker so I imagine the delay had something to do with the coronavirus. Most definitely worth the wait. Received an email with the design for approval before shipment. It looked/looks just like my good boi. Grateful for the talented artists and wonderful customer service.

Print not delivered Ordered a print on November 20 and paid extra to be “first in line” to assure it would arrive by Christmas since it was a gift. It’s now January 5 and it still has NOT ARRIVED. Terrible and unresponsive customer service.

Is There Anything Higher Than Five Stars?! My siblings and I ordered a custom pet clock and split the cost of it for my dad’s birthday and oh my god I cannot say enough how amazing it is! It came out so fantastic and the design team is flawless! Highly recommend the clock and literally anything else this company makes! They’re fantastic!
