GBThat TradeStation have a lot of willing staff on standby to ressolve any Issue that one may have TradeStation is there to work with each client until the client is satisfied. The Technical Support Department is the best, they will leave no stone unturned to ensure one is satisfied and they are always on time with the appointment, especially with a guy named Chase.

GBHorrible trading experience Horrible trading interface, very glitchy and almost impossible to find things. I closed out my positions and here it is days later and the cash is still unsettled and unavailable. Have contacted them (also VERY hard to do) and have zero response yet, plus their phone contacts are only available until 5 pm Eastern every business day. DO NOT USE!!!!! TD Ameritrade and Fidelity are far far FAR better.

GBAbsolute garbage company Absolute garbage company. I went on vacation in Nicaragua and was told I could not use my account while I was on vacation there due to an embargo...understandable. When I got home to try to reactivate my account I am told they have decided to not let me continue with their brokerage services and their 'policy' is to not give any reasons why. What a joke.
