Emailed 2 days - enough time - NO response at all to my emails. 4 weeks after they received and verified the GOLD they received I still have no payment for MY GOLD. GBReceived a free mint tube I have previously purchased items from Bullion Exchanges and have always been pleased; never had any problems. Delivery was prompt and the condition of the coins were as described or better. My last purchase was some American Eagles, and what I really liked was that they shipped them in a mint tube even though I did not order 20 coins.

GBSatisfied first time customer I like how Bullion Exchange isnt written in the package itself, seems like a great way to minimize theft. Shipping seemed a little slow but that's on the postal service. The price was right and the website was easy to use. I've already ordered from Bullion Exchange again and will continue to buy more silver from them in the future.

GB5oz silver not recieved, no updates as promised. I ordered a five ounce silver bar with assay. I recieved an envelope only containing the assay, no silver. They messaged and said they would open an investigation and would keep me informed of updates .....that was over five months ago!
