GBPetlink I rescued a GSD that is chipped with this company. The original human in her life and I have tried to get her transferred to my contact information. First: the chip industry is dysfunctional in our situation. Don't rescue an animal that has been chipped and registered without documentation from the registry company the transfer happened. Finally, Petlink can't answer your challenges Professionally over the phone. I provided them with her Veterinarian record but it wasn't good enough. Petlink will take your money. This is my 7th GSD. Thanks Petlink, I'll never adopt another animal that has been chipped. Oh yeah, my GSD partner and I will look over our shoulder or I'll get the chip removed.

GBIt worked It worked! And with a little caring help from my sweet neighbors. I came home on the 4/3 to an empty yard. My old male retriever was brought home within the hour. I was really panicked because my year old female retriever was still missing. She is a registered cream colored retriever not neutered. I was really fearful that someone would take her to be in a puppy mill. Your mind goes to some pretty dark places when a loved one is missing. I got a call the next day from the vet clinic near our house that someone brought her in and they read the micro chip. We didn’t have tags on the dogs. My bad. Definitely worth the money to chip.

GBTerrible customer service (as in none) I ordered a harness for my dog. Since it stated there was no possibility of returns or exchanges I made sure I used the provided chart to measure the sections of my dog several times (What kind of reputable company has this rule- should have been my first clue). I ordered the harness based on Petlink supplied site chart. Once received I tried to fit it to my dog and even at the smallest setting it was still too big. Contacted Petlink by email and they emailed me back a link to the statement about no exchanges or returns. I emailed them about using their chart and needed to contact a supervisor. No reply so I am stuck with a $70 harness I can't use. Worthless customer service and can't be bothered to compromise or keep a customer happy. Do not use this company for any accessory unless you want to be disappointed!

GBdon't order any merchandise from petlink terrible customer service I registered my dog then decided to order a collar with chip number on it. It came damaged they offered to repair it. They have had it for over a month. I have emailed several times. They have ghosted me!!! The collar cost over $40.00!!!! At this point I want my money back!@! Do not order from them!!!
