No Follow-Up Had a great first call with Justin, went through the details of my 1031 exchange, he said everything sounded good and would follow up with next steps. He never followed up - I tried calling and emailing for a week straight with no response.

Poor operations Sales rep has always been great but the loan processing has been a disaster. Furthermore, I paid off a loan and CSL is suppose to refund you the money in 30 days and that didn’t happen. I had to follow up multiple times (I have the email chains) and finally got a reasonable answer after 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I had to move on from using CSL even though my sales rep has always been helpful.
