Till is that option people need! Till has been a great option for our residents especially during the pandemic. It is super helpful for our teams to provide an option for those residents who may need it during a difficult time. I truly enjoy the dashboard Till provides as that helps me check off what residents are utilizing the program during non-compliance time. Till's team is also super about letting us know when someone comes on or comes off their program. Overall, we have enjoyed our partnership with Till and all their employees.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, I just had the worst experience and almost faced late fees and a poor payment record due to errors and lack of communication by Till on my rental payments. You pay their $10 fee per month just to have aggravation, not worth it and also never reported to credit bureaus as promised upon sign up. Worthless!

No one will answer phone or return… No one will answer phone or return emails. There was a problem with my account from the start. Have been reaching out for over a week with no assistance.. Tried cancelling service still no response

Absolute garbage company Absolute garbage company. My kids both had a card for about a week. We put $ in and were lining up chores and allowances and out of nowhere they closed the account. We emailed to ask why and they literally said "we cant tell you, but it's closed for good" almost like they were mocking us. If I had more $ in there than i did I would be livid.

I would not recommend this service I would not recommend this service. Till was going great until about a couple of weeks ago, they have stopped reporting my payments to my landlord and will not respond to my emails or calls. I have paid every week like, for the past year and all of a sudden, nothing!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES. I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint.
