GBLost my Gold and insurance still not paid out after more than a month I sent my gold on 8/17/2023, the support was really helpful and nice guiding me through the process. After I dropped the package off, there were some issues with UPS which resulted in the loss of my package. At first it seemed very promising that UPS would pay the insured amount of my package to compensate the loss, but according to the email support, UPS Cases can take a while. This did not seem like a big problem to me as this was an issue on UPS end, not from the gold guys, but since the last email (about 3 weeks ago) I haven't heard a single thing from them. No money, no gold nothing, I'm basically at 0 now and although I asked for a response multiple times via email, I haven't gotten a single status update. The biggest problem that I still have is that I was planning to pay personal expenses with the money I would have been paid, but due to the enormous delay I had to find another way to pay my bills. It pretty much f-ed up my whole life, there's still plenty bills left to pay which I cannot afford at all and since my gold is lost there's no other way to get it sold. Long story short, I lost my gold and I'm still not getting any response at all.

GBI never recieved certificate of… I never recieved certificate of authentication like they are advertised on their website other then that we shall see if they real deal Holyfield or not. The shipment came fast it was very good.
